It’s a halfway point between breakfast and lunch so I decided to make a little energy boosting snack.
1 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup of fresh spinach leaves
1 tsp of chia seeds
1/2 of scoop of vanilla protein powder
4 ice cubes
Blender, smoothie maker or a Bella
Throw all of the ingredients in the blender and watch the magic happen!
I do believe this will hold me over a little past lunch! I feel refreshed already!
