#Winter Breakfast with a Snowman

December has arrived!! Complete with its brisk winds and early darkness. Although the month brings coldness it brings something better… Holiday cheer!

It’s actually my favorite time of the year! Lots of recipes to learn from my Granny, new memories and ohh decorating my house is the all time best!

So over the weekend, I decided to finally take down all of the Fall decor and spread the Christmas cheer. I told LaurenAsh the theme would be snowman this year. Of course, she gave me a puzzled look but that’s what I was going with!

I woke up early just to set everything up! New placemats, napkins, kitchen towels and more! Did I mention my favorite color was teal? And I found teal decor with snowman?!

So once I finished decorating everything I figured it was time to enjoy it. I bought the house and early Xmas present so there was no problem deciding what’s for breakfast!

1 1/2 cup of Bob’s Red Mill Pancake Mix
1 1/2 cup of almond milk
1/3 cup of silvered almonds
1/2 cup of dried blueberries
1 tsp of vanilla
1 tsp of cinnamon

While mixing all of the ingredients, I turned on the waffle iron.

Once everything was mixed thoroughly I was good to go!

Once the first batch was done I was on to the next, figured I whip up a few scrambled eggs while I waited.

Before I knew it the eggs were done and so were the waffles!

I quickly melted 1/3 cup of sugar free syrup and 2 tbsp of honey butter. Placed the in a small saucer and plated everything else.

Placed the plates on my snowman, woke up LaurenAsh and enjoyed the cheerful atmosphere!
