For snack today, we will be having a few cooked shrimp drizzled with a lemon garlic butter sauce.
A few cooked shrimp, no more than 5-6, this is snack time!
In a small pot, melt 1 tbsp of gluten-free butter, 1/2 tsp of minced garlic, 1/2 tsp of basil and a 1 tsp of lemon juice.
Once fully melted, assemble your shrimp and drizzle with butter sauce.
