These chips are simply delicious! Created by Foods Should Taste Good, they are both healthy and gluten-free. My personal favorite are the Olive and Sweet Potato. You can find them in Whole Foods Market and even Starbucks.
Since it’s snack time, I pair a handful of Olive chips with homemade turkey salad.
Sliced roasted turkey breast
tbsp of Spicy Brown Mustard
tbsp of mayo
4 chopped cherry tomatoes
I only used one thick slice of turkey, cubed it, then mixed the remaining ingredients.
BOOM!!! Five minutes later and we are ready to snack!
